On December 2, 2024, Mr. Li Shaopeng, Cultural Counsellor, and Mr. Sun Kangning, Cultural Attaché of the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in Bangladesh 🇨🇳, visited DIU to join collaborative meetings to initiate academic and cultural exchange opportunities for DIU students.

Followed by the meeting and visit to DIU Belt and Road Research Center (DIUBRRC), they conducted an informative seminar on the 'DIU-China Career Boost Program', highlighting various scholarship opportunities in China for potential DIU students to apply in the coming year 2025 session. At the fag end of their visit, the delegation paid a campus tour around Daffodil Smart City to explore the amenities provided by DIU.
